Click to Enlarge Image "GARNY FRANKFURT A.M.". 5 1/4" high x 3 1/8" wide x 1 3/4" deep (with dial) x 1 1/8" deep (without dial). All steel. "GARNY FRANKFURT A.M." is stamped on the dial. Once the padlock has been opened you may insert a change key to unlock the wheels and subsequently change the combination. The mechanism appears to be similar to some S&G safe locks.

The trick to this lock is that it is opened by the dots not the numbers. Combination: Mix right, stop at the dot after 4, turn left, stop at the dot before 11, pull shackle up. This is the only combination lock made by the Mix brothers and the only lock known to exist. Mfg by: Eugene M. & James E. Mix.
