To open lock: 1) Turn all dials to the right until they stop. 2) Turn each dial the correct number of clicks to the left. 3) Rotate the back panel to the left to release the shackle. 4) The 4 screws are now exposed to disassemble the lock. Open lock: Right till stopped, then left number of clicks.
