Brass key, nickel plated finish."1893" is stamped on the obverse of the body. The reverse of the lock is blank. A crab style dog collar padlock. This was a promotional item at the worlds fair. Mfg by: Star Lock Works. Louis Hillebrand Patent # 100402.
