This lock does not have the traditional clasp locking bar. The rounded key tip rotates a cam that pushes the locking bolt.

Observations:
1) There is 1 bolt.
2) There is 1 notch in shackle (the thing that looks like a notch on the heel side is actually the beginning of a clearance cut that goes almost to the bottom of the shackle to clear the Shackle Retaining Pin for its range of motion).
3) There is a compression spring at the heel end of the bolt.
4) The heel of the shackle is retained in the lock body by a sharp 90 degree bend at the tip of the shackle.
5) There is a compression spring at the end of the shackle.
6) The wards are made up of a stack of 0.032” thick discs

As best as I can tell, it’s made up of 18 parts:
1) Body. 2) Shackle. 3) Shackle retaining pin. 4) Bolt. 5) Bolt spring. 6) Bolt hole plug. 7) Cam. 8 )Shackle spring. 9) Ward disc 1. 10) Ward disc 2. 11) Ward disc 3. 12) Ward disc 4. 13) Ward disc 5. 14) Ward disc 6. 15) Ward disc 7. 16) Ward disc 8. 17) Ward disc 9. 18) Ward disc 10 .

This lock has an offset keyway. Some locks have a blank reverse.
This lock does not appear in any WB catalog that we have. The only representation shows a cam mechanism with staggered wards
