Lone Star pipe colors were White with Blue trim. Atmos was derived from Energas that was derived from Pioneer Natural Gas, all from Amarillo TX. Their color was Dark Gray. Now Atmos is using Dark Gray ( it looks to me like that all pipe line companies have a color code - but I have never seen it in print ). I have seen them marked with different sized characters and some just marked L S G. The W/B locks have replaced the older Best "Slant" Shackle Lone Star locks. Catalog #: 621.
